	This give the option of how many bedrooms the properties has, again if you want to view all properties select 'any bedrooms'

here is a common scenario: if you want to view all 3 bedroom properties on the Island the then choose: 'All areas' & '3 Bedrooms'

Search Tips

Keywords
When searching with the keyword search, use only one or two words, i.e. if your looking for a house in Lake then just put the word lake in the search box, if you are looking for a certain type house i.e. 'a town house' either put in the word 'town' or 'town house' this will make your search more accurate.

Max. Returned Results
